A family of four products written with one purpose in mind: To allow manufacturers to distribute product and parts information to dealers and vendors in a fast, easy to use, accurate and feature rich environment.

Written in 2001, the PowerView viewer is the primary method of delivering catalog information to dealers and users. We created the viewer in response to requests from our manufacturers to replace the third party products they were using. Therefore, we created a viewer that supports multiple manufacturers with thousands to millions of parts and models of equipment. The viewer is currently installed on over 15,000 desktops worldwide both for internal manufacturer and dealer use. The viewer is designed to enable the user to research part information in a variety of ways, including by part number, model, product type and even to research discontinued part numbers. Once a part is found in the viewer, the dealer can identify the life of that part as it has changed and can identify all of the equipment that utilize this particular part. As would be expected, functions such as pick lists, product manuals, service bulletins, etc. are all available in the PowerView viewer. Additionally, PowerView can be "Branded" by the manufacturer to display their logos, colors and proprietary information in custom documentation areas. The feature list for the viewer is immense. This tool is invaluable to a product dealer.

Recently released ( 2002 ) PowerView Web is a fully functional PowerView viewer for the internet. All of the functionality found in the PowerView viewer is also found in PowerView web. This product has allowed our manufacturers to supply comprehensive parts information to their dealers via the internet. Our web enabled product has all of the benefits of internet based applications without the drawbacks of a web browser based application. The data is maintained on servers dedicated to serving internet based clients. This is clearly the most functional internet based product in it's field.

PowerView Author Enterprise contains all of the functionality of the desktop product. However, the Enterprise product addresses much more complex product relationships that occur in larger businesses. Served by dedicated enterprise servers, it includes functionality that enables teams of people to maintain large amounts of complex product cataloging. This catalog management system was designed in 1996 specifically to serve very large manufacturers and was our initial product in this market.
